The Chapter Two online store postage & packaging charges are as follows:

• Postage rates are those charged by Royal Mail and are determined by the weight of the items in your basket.  In the UK you will be offered first or second class Royal Mail postage.  Outside the UK we only use Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets.  Packaging rates are a flat fee per package.  In the UK this is £0.50 per package and outside the UK £0.75 per package.
• Each item is allocated a weight and postage is calculated on the total weight of all the items in your basket plus the packaging charge.  For example, if you are in the UK and bought one vanilla votive then the postage & packaging charge would be £1.59 for first class or £1.42 for second class.  If you bought two vanilla votives then the postage & packaging charge would be £1.88 for first class or £1.70 for second class.  The minimum charge for posting in the UK is £0.92 for 100g (second class) plus £0.50 packaging charge.

Shipping charges are based on location so do not appear in the shopping basket until you login or register. Once you have logged-in or registered, your location is set and the shipping charges will be shown before you finally order.  We guarantee that your registration details will only be used to process your order.
